Instagram Bio Lattice

Treat the bio as a 150-grapheme lattice, not a slogan dump. Name, niche, proof, offer and CTA each get a slot. ToolUpa counts grapheme clusters, flags repeats, and clips overflow. It does not check whether a username is free and it does not write to Instagram.

How to use it

  1. Fill name or role, niche, offer, optional proof, and the next action.
  2. Pick stacked, compact or keyword-first. Pick emoji density and how the profile should send people next.
  3. Generate. Edit the variant that still has remaining graphemes. Copy or download.

Sample: Maya Chen, batch cooking for shift nurses, Sunday prep maps, 12 years on nights, CTA “free prep map”.

Output

No bio yet. Generate to fill this panel.

    FAQ

Why graphemes instead of JavaScript string length?

Emoji and some scripts are more than one UTF-16 code unit. Instagram’s bio budget is closer to what a person sees. Grapheme clustering is the honest count.

Will this tell me if @maya is free?

No. Username checks need Instagram. This page never calls Instagram.

    Are stacked line breaks allowed?

Instagram keeps line breaks in the profile header. Compact style is for people who prefer one wrapped paragraph.

Is this connected to a paid AI model?

No. Drafts are rule-based templates. Edit them before you paste.
