Privacy Policy

This policy describes the current ToolUpa static website at https://toolupa.com/. Last updated 27 October 2026. If we add accounts, server-side storage, analytics or advertising, we will change this page before those features run.

Who we are

ToolUpa is an independent browser-based toolkit. It is not affiliated with Google, YouTube, Meta, Instagram or Facebook. Privacy questions go to support842@gmail.com. We do not operate a user account system on this site, so there is no in-app profile to edit.

What this site is

ToolUpa is a static site. Pages and scripts are files. The tools run in your browser after those files load. There is no ToolUpa application server that receives your drafts, images, pasted HTML, comments or Insights numbers as a default part of using a tool. Live URL fetching is disabled so the site does not request other hosts on your behalf (including localhost and cloud metadata addresses).

What we do not collect by default

  • No user accounts, usernames or passwords.
  • No payment details. The tools are free to use in the browser.
  • No advertising identifiers and no analytics cookies on this version of the site.
  • No Instagram, YouTube or Google login. The site cannot read your Insights or Studio data unless you type numbers yourself.
  • No sale of personal information. There is no personal-information inventory to sell.

What you type into tools

Text, numbers and images you enter are processed on your device to produce drafts, checklists, previews and exports. Thumbnail files are read locally with the File API and are not uploaded to a ToolUpa server. Refreshing the page clears in-memory previews. Pasted HTML for the on-page inspector, pasted comments, PageSpeed text and campaign URLs stay in the page unless you copy them elsewhere or click an optional Save control described below.

You are responsible for not pasting secrets (passwords, API keys, session cookies, unpublished personal data about other people) into a tool. The comment desk is for comments you already moderate. Do not paste other people’s private contact details into a public thread or into this site.

Optional local storage

Some tools can write to this browser’s localStorage only after you click Save. Keys currently used:

  • toolupa-theme — light or dark, after you use the theme toggle.
  • toolupa-social-content-draft — one Social Content Studio draft, after Save.
  • toolupa-campaign-links — optional campaign URL history, after Save local history.
  • toolupa-ig-bio and toolupa-ig-caption — optional Instagram bio or caption drafts, after Save.
  • toolupa-yt-titles — optional YouTube title set, after Save.

Clearing site data for toolupa.com in your browser removes these items. We cannot retrieve them. They are not a backup. See also Cookie information.

Email you send us

If you email support842@gmail.com, we receive the address you send from, the message body, and any attachments you include. Use that inbox for support, privacy requests and bug reports. Do not send passwords or API keys. We use the message to reply and to fix the issue. We do not use your email to build a marketing list on this version of the site. There is no newsletter signup form.

Third parties

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files from Google’s hosts. Google’s handling of that request is described in Google’s own documentation. We do not receive a copy of your font request as a ToolUpa analytics event. Hosting for https://toolupa.com/ is provided by whatever static host the operator configured; that host’s logs (if any) are under that host’s terms. ToolUpa does not currently embed advertising networks or tag managers.

Children

The tools are written for creators and marketers. They are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has emailed us personal information, write to the support address and we will delete the message from the inbox we control.

Your choices

Because there is no account, the practical controls are: do not click Save, do not email us information you want forgotten, and clear site data. If you emailed us and want that message deleted, say so from the same address. We cannot delete data we never received, including drafts that exist only on your device.

International use

The site is reachable over HTTPS from many countries. We do not geo-filter tools. If you use the site, your browser still talks to the host and to Google Fonts as described above. We do not claim to operate a GDPR representative office. If the law where you live requires a named controller with a postal address, email support and we will say what we actually have: an inbox and a static site, not a customer database.

Changes

The date at the top of this page is the last review. Material changes (analytics, ads, accounts, server-side fetch) will be described here before those scripts or endpoints run. Cosmetic copy edits may not change the date.
